Welcome to Finca Es Caulls, a dream hideaway in the middle of the magical rural surroundings of central Mallorca. Our property extends over a magnificent plot of about 20,000 square meters and offers you the ideal opportunity to discover the authentic side of the island. We are just a few minutes drive from the characteristic Mallorcan villages of Llubi and Muro, where you will find cozy bars, delicious restaurants and convenient supermarkets.

The surroundings of Finca Es Caulls are characterised by unspoilt beauty. Rolling hills and lush gardens surround our property and offer you the peace and tranquillity you desire during your holiday. However, if you're looking for a little more action, the wide sandy beaches of Alcudia Bay are just a short drive away. Here you can enjoy the crystal blue waters and relax in the sun.

Our two-storey property is spacious and comfortable. On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom and a small bathroom. The kitchen is a place where Mallorcan cuisine comes to life, with a large dining table and modern appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a very large additional dining room, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, offering you moments of relaxation in absolute privacy. Another bedroom upstairs has four single beds and offers plenty of space for a larger group or family. You will find plenty of towels throughout the property, be it for the kitchen, bathrooms or for your trip to the pool or beach. We are happy to provide you with a baby cot and a high chair free of charge on request.

A wonderful covered terrace stretches almost around the entire house and offers comfortable seating and outdoor dining. Here you can enjoy your meals outdoors and admire the large garden. Barbecue lovers will love our small barbecue where they can prepare delicious dishes.

Our 10 x 5 metre swimming pool is surrounded by manicured lawns and offers you the opportunity to cool off on hot days. Sun loungers and parasols invite you to relax and sunbathe. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and living room and guests can benefit from free WiFi. A carport offers shaded parking for your vehicle and our extensive grounds offer plenty of space to relax and explore.

We want your stay to be as pleasant as possible and are at your disposal for your needs. Our Finca Es Caulls is the ideal place to spend your holiday away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the natural beauty and tranquility of Mallorca.

There is no additional charge for electricity in the months of March, April and May. In the remaining months, electricity is charged at €15.00 per day, payable in cash upon arrival.

The deposit of 300 euros must be paid to the landlord by bank transfer before arrival. You will receive the application and the owner's bank details in a separate email before your arrival. If the property is returned in good condition, you will receive the refund from the owner or property manager by bank transfer after your stay.

The main tenant must be at least 23 years old.

The reserved holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to organize loud parties or other activities that violate the law or may disturb the neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule will result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).
