On the main floor, you are welcomed into a generous living and dining room featuring a dining table, a bar area, and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. A large, open-plan kitchen is also located on this level, equipped with a bar, a dining table, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and a freezer, with its own exit to the terrace and swimming pool as well. A shower room with WC completes this floor.
On the lower ground floor, you will find a large additional living room, 3 double bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with bath, bidet, and WC. The first of these bedrooms features a rooflight and is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. The second bedroom also benefits from a rooflight and is equally appointed with 1 French bed of the same dimensions. The third bedroom on this floor is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm by 200 cm.
