Our home is a very centric apartment with spectacular views of the sea, which we have only 10m away.

It is located in a newly built apartment block in Lloret de Mar and has 24 hour security.

Its excellent location its perfect because you have the beach, shops, supermarkets and services very close to home. It is incredibly handy!





As for the accommodation, we are talking about an apartment with a total area of ​​145m2. The 14m2 terrace is spacious and offers beautiful views.

Moreover, it has a large living room very bright, a fully equipped kitchen-office, 4 bedrooms (2 with double beds and the other 2 with single beds) and 3 bathrooms.

We also have air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room and kitchen .

The house is totally new and built with high quality materials and finishes and the floor is made of wood.

To sum up, the house has all the possible comforts to make of your stay a wonderful experience.





Parking space available in the same building for € 12 per day.



The accommodation is available for stays of at least 30 days.



Finally, we recommend you visit the wonderful neighboring towns of Lloret de Mar, such as Tossa de Mar or Blanes.
