"Quaint hotel in beautiful location near footpaths leading to good walks in the countryside. The room was reasonably comfortable, though a little hot for a Summer day. Our room did not face the valley and so had no special view. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was very good, especially the coffee. Good value for money for a pleasant break."

"Um hotel que entrou no circuito por acaso. Muito be. Recebido por todos, muito simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto é razoável, fica um pouco quente a. Pote e um cheiro de umidade no ar, mas limpo e um quarto grande. O momento mais esperado foi o das piscinas, com jacuzzi e sauna. Uma pena que vai somente até as 20h. A cozinha muito boa com pratos simples, mas somente até as 21h. Considerando que estava claro até as 22h, acho que poderiam repensar os horários. Mas valeu a estadia, voltaríamos."

Breakfast was delicious and more than generous portions with a variety of options. Walkable to bars, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again. "

"On our arrival we were greeted by the most cheerful host who introduced herself as Sian. She made us feel most welcome. She showed us to our beautiful family room overlooking the Groe Park and the rugby pitch alongside the River Wye. The room was spotless, with a double and single bed and 2 very comfy armchairs in the alcove looking out at the gorgeous view.
