"The reviews had me scared to book but honestly I had no issues this stay August 26, 2025. My room was new and remodeled, it smelt a little stale and like mildew but once I ran the air it was fine, sheets were clean and shower water was hot! Don’t let the reviews scare you it seems to have improved!"

"This lake house was super spacious, beautiful, relaxing, peaceful, and my husband and kids loved the fishing pier. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool. The vicinity is perfect and location was extremely convenient. We'd definitely visit more often. The host was communicative and pleasant. "

"Kitchen had every thing you could possibly need for cooking and baking. Was a shortage of spoons, no kitchen dish towels or dish cloths, 1 trash bag was not enough for a 5 day stay. Coffee pot takes awhile but it will make coffee. Fridge very cold, enough to freeze salad mix, be wary of the bottom drawer. Huge pantry, no light maybe bulb burnt out. Some gnats in almost every room, fly swats are in pantry. Big dinning room plenty of seating. Table legs a bit wobbly, dollar general down the street...
