"Não teve serviço de limpeza de quarto durante nosa hospedagem. Café da manhã limitado. Não tem queijos, presuntos, ovos, bacon. Nada que possa precisar de um serviço de cozinha é oferecido no café da manhã. Quarto um pouco pequeno. A praia em frente ao hotel é fraca, mas é próximo (15 minutos de carro) do Bahia Honda Park, que é um passeio imperdível. O hotel tem parceria com um restaurante próximo que é gostosinho!"

"Positive: large house, dock area on the water, good Keys location, functional. Negative: garbage around the property, not nearly as clean inside as should have been, old stained couches, the most minimal extra consumables possible. For what we paid, it was quite disappointing. Total lack of cohesive look & feel. "

"Pools closed earlier than advertised. You can’t bring outside food or drink onto the public areas of the property but it took an hour to get one sandwich at the Tiki Bar. Once it came, we had a total of three drinks and shared the sandwich. $90. I reduced it because it took an hour but they still tried to bill me full with non-negotiable , automatic tip even though I reduced it when I signed."

"The hotel is good and the room is well equipped. The facilities are modest but sufficient. What really affected my overall impression was the check-in and check-out schedule. Check-in only starts at 3 p.m., while check-out is at 10 a.m. Inside the room there’s a large notice emphasizing the departure time with a “no exceptions” warning. So I woke up on Sunday feeling pressured to leave as quickly as possible, which ended up spoiling my stay."

"Entering the property reminded me of that scene in crazy rich Asians when the girlfriend is driving up to the mansion for the first time… and the property reminded me of something like out of white lotus… without the drama. lol it was the nicest place if ever stayed and the service was beyond phenomenal. We did a fishing charter with captain Sara and two conchs which was awesome especially just being a 3 minute walk from our room. I hope we have the opportunity to stay at this facility again....
