"What a little gem! We had 5 adults that all slept comfortably in this house. The dock is amazing! There is a block freezer for chum which was so helpful. We brought a boat that was easy to drop from the private boat ramp and dock in the basin for the week. Walt was super quick to respond for anything we needed. Highly recommend this house. "This is the first time doing a house rental. The experience was awesome. The host was very informative and helpful. The House is very nice. 10 people can sleep and feel very comfortable. "This property was perfect for our family vacation! Plenty of room to spread out and be together! The boat ramp was a plus! the pool was so refreshing, and we spent a lot of time relaxing in it. Kiki's is in walking distance and has a great atmosphere and live music. We shuttled down to Key West one night and had a blast!! We came to lobster, snorkel on the reefs and relax at the sandbar, all very close to this property! We didn't want to leave! We will definitely stay here again. "

"O Hotel é uma boa opção na região dos keys, visto que não é tão caro. Estávamos em uma família de 4 pessoas (2 adultos e 2 crianças) e ficamos em um apartamento de um quarto, enorme. O único ponto negativo foi o horário de checkin (16hs) e checkout (10)."

"The house is absolutely beautiful! You cannot beat the location. We met the owner while we were at the gated community and he was very accommodating. You can kayak right out back, there are great views from the pool which was kept nice and cool during the summer. We highly recommend this place. Just be sure to secure a place to park your trailer before you arrive if you’re bringing a boat. We did have some issues with the initial property manager, but the owner took over with communication...

"Excellent stay, the property was our own private oasis, barely left the entire stay, the backyard is phenomenal, everything we needed was right there! Excellent communication with Jerry from directions to restaurant ideas. We can’t wait to go back. "

"My family and I had an incredible stay. We utilized every available component of the home including the dock. Property manager provided us with 2 available free ramps to drop off our jet-skis. We settled on the ramp located on Blimp Road, which was a 10 minute drive and 15-20 minute ride on the skis. We were able to tie off our skis our whole stay with no issues. Home was exactly as disclosed and worked great for our family. Communication was great, with quick respond time. "

"Amazing place for a getaway. Very calm quiet area and close to 2 nice beaches. "

"The cottage was perfect for me and my 3 kids. We loved the location being less than a 30min drive from both Key West and Marathon, and within 20min of several beaches. The kids took a dip in the private pool in the back everyday. Check-in process was seamless, and the rooms were perfectly climate controlled. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in the keys."

"Perfect "

"We loved our time on the sailboat this April! The boat was a great fit for us, and our daughter loved sleeping in a sailboat. The kayaks there allowed us to paddle and explore othr nearby canals. Abundunt fish were neat to see and catch from the boat and shore. The bathroom with shower was vital for cleaning up after swimming, and we used the adjacent large table and seating area on-shore as well. A great time in a ideal location onlyba few minutes from Key West. We look forward to being...

"O quarto estava em bom estado e, aparentemente, foi recentemente renovado. O banheiro já não estava tão bom, com algumas marcas de desgaste pela idade, e o chuveiro poderia ser melhor. Apesar de cobrar uma robusta taxa de resort de 32 USD por diária, a acomodação oferece empréstimo de caiaque e bicicletas apenas até as 3 da tarde, o que acaba inviabilizando bastante o uso, principalmente pra quem não consegue encarar o Sol da Flórida na cabeça. A localização é boa, a 15 minutos da Bahia Honda e 40 minutos de Key West, no entanto, no geral, acho que só vale a pena para uma estadia de uma noite."
