"The hotel could definitely use some updates. I believe the pet-friendly rooms may have fleas because of the carpet. The rooms also had a bad odor, likely due to being pet-friendly and the carpeting. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price, but I don’t think I would return."

"Pool was closed/broken/in repairs, and that was not relayed when booking. Also I've never stayed at a hotel where there was no coffee pot in the room.
On a good note, breakfast provided was very good. Staff was also very friendly."

"The staff we encountered were courteous and helpful. The hotel is located right on the beach, about as close as you can get to beachfront. The pools were nice. However, the hotel itself and the room we were given is old and run down. Our room, bedding and towels smelled of mold and disinfectant. One set of sheets looked dirty and stained. We were told they were just "threadbare" but they did replace them when we asked. Everything in the room was damp even though we had the AC set to "dry" and 72...

"The resort was clean and always maintained. I added a night to my stay through the resort and they moved things around to make me able to stay in my original room for the night. The balcony view was beautiful and was perfect for my girlfriend’s birthday vacation. The staff was extremely attentive and did everything they could to make my stay great. I highly recommend staying at this resort."
