"For starters why am I paying to park in a parking garage that is across the street (connected by the walkway that was without air conditioning) owned by the resort 12$ a day! Also to mention the “waterpark” beside said parking garage consists of 3 simple slides and a few broken kid play things. Nothing special about it, definitely should not be listed as a water park. The employees at both the “waterpark” and resort are rude and clueless - this includes the restaurants, coffee location, and...

"Nice beach view. Room clean. Lots of different pool areas to pick from. Parking is a hassle. Not enough parking. Bathroom cramped. Not sure why there is a door separating the toilet from the sink when it can’t even close assuming the door was open when the toilet was installed.. Called down to the front desk a couple times and the staff were not friendly. TV in living room only had 5 channels. Bedroom TV worked fine. "Everything was wonderful except that my room smelled like an ashtray. I just bought some Febreeze and sprayed down the rugs, furniture, and beds and it was great. Lots of fun stuff for the kiddos and we had a wonderful time. My only suggestion would be for CannonBallz to be open more during the week. They didn't open til evening and for those of us that don't want to leave the resort, we had to order door dash. "
