"Nothing was as shown or described. There was no TV to watch . There was a small flat screen TV that sat on a small coffee table, unplugged, with no where to plug it in. There was only one outlet in the entire room, which had an old tiny mini refrigerator plugged in and so that I could plug in my phone charger. The room was not even the room advertised. "Excellent property all the way around, and superb racing facilities! Having both indoor and outdoor pools, and a functional hot tub, are amenities that other resorts overlook or neglect. Not here. These are a great bonus! Great racing…casino…and resort!! Six Stars!"

"We booked a room when visiting Owego during the Big Boy Locomotive tour. The staff was super friendly and the motel was very close to the train track."

"Breakfast is all-you-can-eat, but it's pretty basic. I heard some reviews about noise, but it was super quiet for us. The room looked like it could use some love for improvements/maintenance, but it was clean. Some spiders, but it's in a rural area. Looks like a spot popular with truckers. We'd totally go back because it was a great deal for the price."

"It served its basic purpose, but during my 2-day stay: one of the two elevators was out of use for about 12 hours, only two of four toaster openings worked, one of four juice dispensers was out of order, and the free wifi required signing-in every few hours. The towels were also on the ratty side. It was not terrible, but I don’t intend to return."

"We really liked this hotel. The property was beautiful, and all of the fireplaces made it feel very cozy for winter. We especially enjoyed having a fireplace in our room. The staff were also very nice and welcoming. Overall, it was a lovely stay."

"Room was clean. The only redeeming quality of this place. The key system is totally disfunctional. It took the maintenance man 6 times to open my door so I was afraid to leave after that. Groups of men hanging out on the balconies, empty shopping carts in the parking lot. I didn’t feel safe"

"There is no other way to say it but "GARBAGE" IF I HAD A ENEMY I WOULD SEND THEM THERE!!!! "The breakfast wasn't that good and not worth the money charged. The carpet in the room looks beaten and slippery. The door to my room needs repair and looks half closed when locked. My floor was noisy especially weekend and one could hear people talking in the other room during the night. The entire building needs renovation."
