"The house, furniture and appliances were in great condition. All beds were very comfortable. Plenty of good firewood to burn. Beautiful view across the mountains from the spacious hot tub. Plenty of room for our two families of four. The free shuttle would pick us up at the bottom of the driveway within minutes of calling them. The host was so easy to communicate with, helpful and very nice. Definitely staying here from now on."

"The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting....

"My Girl Scout Troop LOVED the bunk room! This was the perfect place for a large group! The kitchen table was huge too and we could have family style meals. Totally recommend! "

"We enjoyed the location of the property and had so much fun with our dog in the warm Springs at the back of the home. Perfect location to walk to town and the Warm Springs Pools just down the road. Many wonderful dining options close by. We loved using the Wood Stove at night! "

"This was by far the best airbnb we've stayed at. Very accommodating and clean. Jim was very quick to answer any questions we had.We were a group of 6. 4 adults, 2 kids & 2 dogs. There was plenty of space for all of us. Dont forget to check out the little waterfall on the property. Its not a far hike at all. The trail can be easily missed if you dont know its there.If you walk down from the firepit toward the hot tub & turn left theres a partially mowed path. Keep following the path to the...

"We had a wonderful time at this property. We were in town for a family reunion and were so thankful to find something in Craigsville. We truly enjoyed the tub and the shower. My husband is thinking about redoing our bathroom now! The house was so clean and comfortable. There were so many thoughtful touches. Looking forward to a future stay here!"
