"The absolute best hotel i have ever stayed at. who would’ve thought out of OH, MD, and virginia beach, this hotel is the best. Like i was truly sad to leave. It was just a half way point from VA beach to home OH. We had the best time. They have a hot tub and pool, which had no people when we went. a fire pit and a grill. very good breakfast, a cozy bed, a nice shower bath with good water pressure, the TV had a smart setting so we could watch our apps. "Pool was closed for a chlorination issue. The indoor pool was the reason I chose this hotel. I spent an extra $70 to swim inside. I could have stayed at several hotels that did not have an indoor pool for much less per night. We were VERY VERY disappointed!"

"The bed should have been made and new towels supplied for the second night. Otherwise, everything was fine, clean, convenient."

"I was in Snowshoe to enjoy the great outdoors and really didn’t care much about my hotel set up. that being said, I was pleasantly surprised. The property was gorgeous and the room nicely appointed. "Parking was a challenge. We were blocked in by the Bistro patrons next door; however, the public parking is very close and only had to use it one night. The rest of the time we were able to park in the parking lot of the hotel."

"Did not like all the ad ons to the base room rate. Valet service was slow. Delivery of luggage to room took too long. Initial room AC didn't work properly so I changed rooms. Friday dinner buffet excludid a la carte ordering and did show on the on line menu. I moved to the noisy lounge for dinner. Martha's market had terrific scones and pastries. New room was quiet and amenities were fine. Beautiful scenery when walking around the resort"
