"The house was perfect for our friend trip. We came by boat and kept it at Exuma Yacht Club. We went to Santanna's for drinks and conch, we went to Chat N Chill and then explored some bars by EYC. The house was perfect to come home to and float in the pool and beach. We also went Kayaking a saw a few turtles and bone fish int he water! "

"We had an amazing time staying at the Osprey! It was a 30-second walk to the gorgeous Tropic of Cancer beach! The property was perfect for a family of 4 like us and had beach towels/chairs, dishes, and ice in the freezer for us! "Unbelievable home and location. 9 of us stayed during July and could not have asked for a better home and location. Martin who takes care of the home deserves a special thank you. Anything we needed he responded to within minutes. If you stay here and rent a boat, be aware of the tides as boats may not be able to get in and out at low tide. Not a problem just takes some planning. Kayak up the lazy river and see a few barracuda and small sharks. "

"Our week’s stay at Jack’s Island House was amazing. There were 11 of us ranging from 9 to 73 (5 adults & 6 kids).Jack has thought of absolutely everything including things we didn’t expect. "We had a wonderful stay in Exuma and we will be back. The property is as advertised. Stunning views of the water and islands/cays in the distance! Fantastic sunsets!
