"There wasn't anyone at the front desk when I arrived. I had to wait about 5-10 minutes for someone to come check me in No one bothered to provide additional info-about the restaurant, where the elevator was or how to access snacks. Water was cut off for a bit just at the time I was getting ready to go out. In the morning I couldn't take a shower-for some reason the water wouldn't turn on. When I checked out no questions about how was your stay, do you need anything. Again no comment about...

"My brother was in room 304 handicap room , with his wife, no place in the bathroom to plug in the hair blower. I was in 303, put awake up call for 5 am. No phone call, thank god I set my phone. Breakfast was ok, but the sausage was so burnt it was had to cut it with a knife."

"we stayed at this location because it was new and close by. The room we got was in poor shape out of three lamps one worked and one had no bulb and the other was shorting out. When we used the roll in shower the drain was so slow it flooded the bathroom so i used all of our towels to dry it up and more. the chrome shower bars had a lot of rust on them . When i called to see if they had my reservation they could not find it but it showed up later on they were going to charge me for my support...

"It was a place to sleep. Air-conditioner worked great. People begging outside, had to walk past people setting on stairs smoking every time we walked down the stairs. Requested a non smoking room, the room I received smelled heavily of cigarettes. The floors were VERY dirty and haven’t been mopped in God knows how long so bring house shoes. Every towel we got had some black stains on them and the beds hurt my back. Like I stated it’s a place to sleep for cheap but you pay for cheap either way."

"My room was very clean. I have not found any bugs in the room nor is there a harsh smell in the room. The area where the Belmont Inn and Suites is located is very very quiet. The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful. The air conditioner in the room was perfect. I feel very safe staying here alone. This was my second time staying at the Belmont Inn & Suites. I have made arrangements to stay another five days at the Belmont in November. The Belmont Inn & Suites is reasonably priced. There...
