I had to wait about 5-10 minutes for someone to come check me in No one bothered to provide additional info-about the restaurant, where the elevator was or how to access snacks. "It was a place to sleep. Air-conditioner worked great. People begging outside, had to walk past people setting on stairs smoking every time we walked down the stairs. Requested a non smoking room, the room I received smelled heavily of cigarettes. The floors were VERY dirty and haven’t been mopped in God knows how long so bring house shoes. Every towel we got had some black stains on them and the beds hurt my back. Like I stated it’s a place to sleep for cheap but you pay for cheap either way."

"Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. The room had multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues — stains on the lampshade and bathtub, marks on the walls, mold/mildew behind the bed, and the bathroom looked poorly maintained overall.
