"This property is in an older neighborhood near downtown PHX. Some of the surrounding properties have not been kept up although it appears that there's an effort being made in the neighborhood to change things around. The property met our needs for the purpose of attending a Dodgers game at nearby Chase Field. "A for effort on cleanliness and little touches like blow dryer, shampoo/conditioner and body wash dispensers, coffee bar. HVAC system and WIFI works well and beds and sofa are comfy. If you have little kids, the pool is enclosed and separate from the small backyard. However, the house needs maintenance. Some windows cannot be closed completely and flys and bugs get in because there are no screens. It would have been nice to open some windows but some were inoperable and again no screens. The...
