You will have access to the private beach and shared dock just steps from the front door. Enjoy your complimentary coffee on the covered front porch while enjoying views of the pond and wildlife. This year-round cottage is air conditioned for hot summer nights and heated for crisp autumn days. Kayaks are available for you to explore Woodbury Pond and adjoining Sand Pond. There are five Tacoma lakes in total - Buker Pond, Jimmy Pond, Little Purgatory Pond, Sand Pond, and Woodbury Pond. You will want to explore them all! Cobbosseecontee Lake is also close by.

There are a few casual restaurants nearby as well as a golf course and microbrewery. The cottage is just 15 minutes from Gardiner, 20 minutes from Augusta and 25 minutes from Lewiston for lots of dining, entertainment and shopping options.

Bluebird Cottage is family-friendly. A pack 'n play, 4-in-1 high chair, baby gates and children's dinnerware are provided to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for guests of all ages.
