"Had a fantastic stay at the pondside cabin. Quiet, peaceful, and serene. Cabin was lovely, clean and full of thoughtful amenities. Enjoyed taking the kayak out for spin and wildlife watching (the hummingbirds were probably sick of me!) Thank you Dawn & co. for a great week!"

"The check in was so easy and everything was ready for us to arrive and have a wonderful girls trip & celebrate my sister’s birthday . Jennifer & Mark were amazing and even made a trip to give us more kayaks to enjoy the beautiful lake. I would definitely love to stay at this very scenic & beautiful house again. The only thing I wish I knew as a non swimmer is that the water gets very deep very fast but other than that the place has everything you need to have a beautiful, relaxing stay .. Enjoy...

"We love this place! It's private, yet close to amenities. I grew up on this pond spending summers from the age of four 245. I was so excited to find another place on the pond that reminded me of my family cottage. Can't wait to get back! "

"This property is as advertised. It is a bit out of the way, but that was what we were looking for. Everything at the property worked and we had no major issues. Beds were comfortable and the property is as pictured in the listing. Nice and relaxing with all the amenities needed for a nice stay."

"Very comfortable, clean small cottage. We slept great in the bed that was provided and it had a futon in the living area . We recommend that only 2 people stay there. They had a toaster oven , a full refrigerator and a coffee maker. It is very close to Route 1, Boothbay Harbor and Damariscotta. "

"Was a perfect escape for our family. Sadly, the water was very low in the lake, but the owners had zero control over this.
