The room is furnished with twin beds dressed in hotel-quality linens, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, air conditioning, and WiFi for a comfortable stay. It has access to a balcony to enjoy the fresh air.

Located on level 2 of the building, the room has a lot of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

For your comfort, the space is always professionally cleaned before your arrival.

Please note that there is no elevator in the building, so you will need to climb stairs to get to your room.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will need to verify your identity before you can check into the flat.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
