-With a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it's perfect for 8 to 9 guests, but can accommodate up to 12 using the sofa beds.

1 Queen bed -160x200cm a small sofa bed (80x90cm).
-Bedroom n2:
3 Single beds 90x200cm each.
-Bedroom n3:
1 Queen bed 160x200cm.
-Bedroom n4:
3 Single beds 90x200 cm each.
In the living rooms you will find two sofa beds as well.
One with 160x190cm and other with 80x200cm.
-Also all rooms feature comfortable mattresses and blackout curtains to ensure a good night’s sleep. However, as this is a main street with traffic, we recommend keeping the windows closed at night to minimize noise.
Bathrooms The unit has 2 bathrooms with showers.We provide you with towels and shower gel.
Living rooms Two comfortable living rooms with sofa, TV and Wi-Fi.

No elevator 2ND floor with no elevator. The building reflects the traditional charm and architecture of Lisbon.
Public transport Easy access to public transportation makes exploring the city effortless! Just a 3-minute walk to the Baixa-Chiado metro station, with trams and buses at the doorstep. The airport is approximately 20 minutes away by car.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY:
The listed price includes everything: cleaning (before after your stay), electricity, water, TV, Wi-Fi, fresh bed linens, toilet paper, shower gel soap,etc.
Cribs available (upon request).
Additional towels and bed sheets are available for an extra fee and extra cleaning can be arranged upon request and extra fee as well.
HOUSE RULES:
Smoking is not allowed.
We don’t accept pets.
This is a self-catering rental, so we’ll provide a starter supply of essentials (like toilet paper and detergent) to get you settled in. Once those run out, we kindly ask guests to replenish them as needed.
This apartment is located in a historic part of Lisbon, where the electrical system has some limitations. If you use several high-powered appliances at the same time (such as the washing machine, hairdryer, toaster, water heater, etc.) the safety breakers may trip. This is normal you have to go to the fuse box and switch all the breakers back on.
Parties are not allowed.
We have a device in our apartments that monitors noise levels. It does not record conversations it only measures sound/decibel levels. This helps ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
CHECK IN RULES
The building and apartment doors are opened using a code. Before your arrival, we will send you a detailed self check-in instructions. Including all the necessary codes.
The apartment will be cleaned and ready for you between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-in the previous guests check out at 11:00 AM and the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for you. The only way to guarantee an early check-in is to book the previous night.
If you prefer, we can also meet you at the apartment upon arrival! Show you around and answer any questions you may have. In this case, a late check-in fee applies: €10 for arrivals after 8:00 PM, €20 after 11:00 PM and €30 after 1:00 AM. This fee must be paid in cash directly to the person doing the check-in. Please note: in-person check-in may not be possible after 1:00 AM.
CHECK-OUT RULES
-You have to be ready to leave the apartment by 11:00 AM
-Please make sure that you carefully close the apartament door!
-If keys are provided, kindly leave them on the dining table before you leave.
-Unfortunately, staying past 11:00 AM is not possible.
EXTERNAL NOISE
-Most guests have no issues with noise. However, please note that the apartment is located in the heart of Lisbon a vibrant area with plenty of movement and street life. You may hear people or city sounds when the windows are open. Additionally, the sound insulation in older buildings is much weaker compared to modern constructions.
-The windows are well insulated and when closed the apartment remains quiet. Still, as with any central location, some ambient noise may be present.
OWNER ACCESS
-On some occasions, authorized personnel may need to access the property for maintenance or other necessary tasks (e.g., the owner, building manager, cleaners, repair technicians, etc.). We will do our best to avoid this whenever possible.
