This old and spacious house was recently (2017) renovated and decorated preserving the original moth. The charming garden and Portuguese tiles combined with comfort make this house a perfect choice for living in Lisbon.
House consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast room and garden with dining table and lounge area.
Bathrooms with hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. Bath sheets and towels are provided, with wifi internet, cable TV and central heating.
Ideal for families. With accessibility for people with motor disabilities.
Please note that no parties, birthday celebrations or any activities generating any noise are tolerated. If the idea of your trip is to gather friends in Lisbon to celebrate any event, our home is not suitable and we appreciate you considering booking somewhere else.

The house is a 2-minute walk from Bairro Alto and 5 minutes from Chiado.
Bairro Alto is an old and picturesque neighborhood well known for its unmissable nightlife and trendy and vintage shops.
Chiado is one of the most emblematic and traditional neighborhoods of the city of Lisbon.
In this area we find everything for any time of the day: a lazy brunch, restaurants, fado houses, grocery stores, supermarkets, art galleries, bookstores, theater, trendy shops and modernly designed gift shops to bring to your friends and family.
A must see: the house is a 1-minute walk from the Adamastor viewpoint, which is a privileged stage for watching the sunset and the Tagus River.
The location of the house is excellent:
. well-known tram no. 28 runs almost outside the door, the stop is a 2-minute walk away. No. 28 goes through most of the main tourist sites: Graça, Alfama, Baixa Pombalina, São Jorge Castle.
. 5 minutes walk from the metro;
. 10/15 minutes walk to the train station to the beach / Cascais or Belém;
. 15/20 minute walk to Sintra train station - this enchanted village is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
This area is extremely central with easy access to various transport networks that lead everywhere. Best of all, in a very quiet street where you can relax to the sound of birds.
And if you are walking, you can easily discover Lisbon from here - Principe Real - 10/15 minutes, Rossio - 10/15 minutes, Baixa Pombalina - 10/15 minutes, São Jorge Castle - about 30 minutes, Alfama - about 30 minutes... No need to take tram 28.

Airport Bus - 3,5 €; about 30 minutes - Get off at Cais Sodré and climb 15 minutes on foot.

In historic areas car access is restricted to residents. However, 100 meters from the building there is a public park that charges € 13.05 per day.
