With 120sq.m on the 2nd floor of a very charming building from the early 19th century, a few minutes walk from the most prestigious avenue in Lisbon, Avenida da Liberdade, it's perfect for families and groups of friends traveling together.
It is ideal for those who want to discover the vibrant side of Lisbon, a family traveling on a short break, a romantic getaway in the historic district of Principe Real or a business trip to Lisbon.

THE SPACE:

The apartment is newly renovated. With a total of 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 12 people. It has a living room and a dining room, 2 large bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
Rooms have large windows with lots of sunlight and well equipped with excellent quality mattresses.
We also provide FREE cable TV (over 100 channels), high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi;
Bath towels and bed linen and hair dryer are also included;
A "Baby Pack" with crib, bathtub and stroller, available upon request for an extra fee.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

- Bookings from third parties are not permitted. If more than 6 guests, please specify the age and nationality of all guests before booking.
- All guests must submit a copy of a passport or ID card.
- You will have exclusive and total access to the apartment. The apartment is not shared with other guests, employees, hosts or owners. Enjoy the total privacy of your own apartment.
- The nightly rest of the neighbours must be respected. This apartment is located in a historical and residential building.
- It is totally forbidden to make noise after 22:00, parties are not allowed and noise in building common areas must be kept at a minimum.
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or any part of the building.
- Any damage must be covered by the guest.
- Failure to comply with these rules may lead to fines and/or expulsion from the apartment.
- Only the number of guests indicated at the time of booking are authorized to use the apartment.
- The apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival. On your departure, you are required to take out the garbage and leave the apartment in a reasonable condition.

Late Checkout : 12 pm - €25 and 2 pm - €50,

Extra laundry or cleaning will incur an extra charge.

''If you expect to arrive later than the scheduled time for luggage drop-off or check-in, please notify us immediately. A €15 per hour (charged after the first 30 minutes of waiting) even if prior notice has been given.''
