This delightful 94 m2 apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city. It is centrally located to enjoy everything the city offers, perfect for guests looking to explore the city's enchanting streets. It is located on the 8th floor and has a lift access.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a gorgeously furnished and bright living space, thanks to the large tall windows that fill the apartment with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a comfortable double couch bed where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows.

The open-plan kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals.

The bedrooms are elegantly decorated, including a double bed and a queen-sized one, all fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Lisbon is Portugal's coastal and mountainous capital. From the imposing São Jorge Castle, the view takes in the pastel-coloured buildings of the old town, the Tagus Estuary and the 25 de Abril Bridge. Nearby, the National Tile Museum displays five centuries of decorative tiles. On Lisbon's outskirts are several Atlantic beaches, from Cascais to Estoril.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Braço de Prata, is just a 3-minutes walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 10-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
