We have completely refurnished and renovated it in January 2012, taking care passionately and respecting the architectural characteristics of the apartment
The apartment is at the 4th floor. No elevator.
In the apartment there is a little guide book to give you some tips about restaurant, pubs, cultural places and nice place and intersting site in the neighbourhood, where to listen live music, services like supermarket, biological food, public transportation.

Fully equipped with kitchen, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, all pots and pans needed. Living room with a double sofa bed 140*200. Bedroom with double bed of 160*200 cm (4 feet), providing ample space underneath for luggage and other objects.

Bathroom with shower and endless hot water, soap and shampoo. Hair Dryer furnished. Coffee, tea, oil, salt, spices, detergents and any basic alimentary needings provided Walk-in closet, with space for hanging plus washing machine. An iron is also equipped.
