Excelente localização
Funcionários extremamente educados, bem treinados e cordiais. Hotel muito bem localizado e charmoso. É um prédio antigo mas totalmente reformado por dentro. O ponto negativo, para mim, é o tamanho dos quartos. São bem pequenos. Eu entendo que o casal vai ficar no quarto somente para dormir e por isso não precisa de um quarto imenso, porém eles eram realmente bem apertados, sendo essa minha única observação negativa. Ponto positivo para o isolamento acústico das janelas dos quartos, realmente excelente.

Lamentamos profundamente que sua estadia não tenha ido ao encontro das suas e desde já as nossas desculpas.Em relação a nossa localização devo dizer que é premiu pois estamos no coração de Lisboa na baixa pombalina, junto aos transportes, zonas comerciais, restaurantes e um sem fim de atividades, assim como Lisboa é considerada uma das cidades mais seguras da Europa, desde já as nossas desculpas por não se ter sentido seguro na nossa cidade. Hotel muito bom! Muito bem localizado. Só descer e aproveitar o melhor de Lisboa. Estávamos fazendo 30 anos de casados e eles nos surpreenderam com espumante e sobremesa no quarto além de um vinho de boas vindas. Staff muito bom e atenciosos! Quarto pequeno mas bem confortável. Hotel com excelente custo benefício
O hotel tem uma localização muito boa, tem muitos restaurantes, lojas, praças, metro, ônibus, tudo pertinho. Além disso o quarto é muito bem cuidado, limpo, cama boa, chuveiro relaxante e os funcionários super atenciosos. Indico muito para quem vai pela primeira vez a Lisboa.

Hotel Fantástico
Melhor opção de estadia para quem quer ficar pertinho de tudo que interessa ao turista. Super bem localizado e ótimo hotel para padrões europeus. Recomendo fortemente a opção com café da manhã, que foi o ponto forte da estadia. Escolhemos o quarto premium, que tem sacada (os mais baratos são internos) e não nos arrependemos.

The road that is in front of the property is Pedestrian Traffic Only from 10 AM to 10PM. Our cab dropped us a block away and we had to walk our luggage over. In order to get a cab to the airport we had to walk a 1/4 mile with luggage in tow to get a cab to the airport. No business center it's just a desk. No Air Conditioning. Hotel does not have wash cloths. You have to supply your own.

The staff were welcoming and warm. They were also helpful understanding the surrounding areas. Shoutout to Douglas! When I come back to Lisbon I will be staying here. I loved my room I loved my balcony I loved the view. I absolutely don’t have any complaints. Being American I had to learn most European stays don’t have wash clothes 😂😂 so that was a dossie but you live and learn.

Great hotel in an excellent position for discovering Lisbon. Minutes away from transport links, restaurants and many places of interest. The only negative I could post would be the lack of storage space in the rooms but it is a minor issue amongst all the other positives.

Super moderne unterkunft in fußnähe zu vielen Attraktionen der Altstadt. Die metro,der bus u die strassenbahn sind ebenso sehr gut zu erreichen. Das zimmer war sehr klein-keine ablagemöglickeiten oder Möglichkeiten, seinen koffer auszupacken. Ein spiegel ausserhalb des Badezimmers wäre vorteilhaft.

Die Lage ist perfekt, zwischen den U-Bahn-Stationen Baixa-Chiado und Rossio, zentral in der Nähe des Aufzuges Santa Justa gelegen. Die klimatisierten Zimmer sind sauber und mit einer Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle freundlich und zum Check-In gibt es Pastel de Nata und Portwein, sehr nette Geste. Wir sind mitten im Geschehen und es ist abends laut, das gehört zu Lissabon dazu. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, es war immer gut besucht.Wir kommen gerne wieder!gerfreundlich

A big thank you to Luis and Douglas for a very warm welcome. Douglas helped us move room when ours had an issue with the air conditioner. The hotel is right in the middle of where you want to be. Restaurants and shops are just a few feet away. Hotel breakfast was also very filling and with so many choices of cheese. I forgot her name but the young lady there was helpful during breakfast and also when we had some afternoon drinks in the bar while waiting for the rain to stop. The hotel is also very close (a short 4 minute flat street walk) to our pickup spot for tours. The Arco da Rua Augusta is very close and so are some other places to visit.

Hotel is in a great location to walk to many sites. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, room was clean though could do we more lights in the bedroom as the wardrobe area dark. Hanging rail in the wardrobe was a little high for a short person ! Hotel has a restaurant on site where we dined twice on an evening and found the food to be exceptional. We ate out for breakfast and there is an abundance of lovely places to grab a pastry. Great stay

My only concern was having a room on the 5th floor. The elevator only goes to the 4th floor and then there are two flights of stairs. As a senior, I felt uneasy about this situation as I have a fear of falling.
