Amazing Terrace River View Apartment by LovelyStay

The seven apartments are equipped with wifi, air conditioning, flat-screen hd tv with international channels, private terrace or balcony overlooking a shared garden decorated with red berries, fruit trees and aromatics plants. All apartements are fully furnished, tastefully decorated and very comfortable.

It´s the biggest apartment of the residence (100 m2). It can accomodate 6 guests with 2 double bedrooms (with queen beds) and one ensuite. It has a modern and fully equipped kitchen (hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwaves, fridge, kettle, coffee maker), a spacious and bright living / dining room with access to the terrace, and a bathroom with bathtub.

Located on the 1st floor.

Air conditionning / WI-FI / Flat screen hd tv with international channels are available in the property.

Location is fantastic to access everything in downtown Lisboa and so many food shops and restaurants seconds/mins away by foot! Parking is nuts here, better to not have a car! The apartment is very nice, cool aesthetic , furnishings are good though we thought seating area could be bigger by making dining area more compact as it is way nicer to eat outside on the terrace with a 10/10 view of harbour (some plants and flowers would really add to space but still absolutely beautiful!).There were many practical issues with our stay though that need to be addressed. Both showers, particularly main bathroom leaks all over floor and flood’s bathroom and clearly has always beens this way as door frame is all water damaged. Ensuite shower leaks as well. Wifi cut out dozens of times and was only average at best of times which caused all kinds of planning issues for us including communicating with the property managers! Main bathroom sink totally clogged. There also needs to be more hooks in front hallway, shelves for storage im tiny bathroom and towel bars to hang wet towels that owners don't want left on floors and furniture.This is a beautiful, well located rental that just needs someone consistently repairing and making more functional to be an easy 5 star level

Beautiful apartment in Lisbon

The apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable! We loved the terrace with a water view. Market was nearby and we often walked to other areas for new restaurants and sights!

Comfortable and quiet

The unit was clean, bright, comfortable, and spacious. Kitchen has all the basics to eat in. Bedrooms were a nice size. En-suite shower and sink were a bit small with no shelf space. All-in-all, a nice quiet lovely place.

Great place to stay.

The beds are nice and comfortable. It has a nice balcony, a nice living room, and kitchen. Clean property with easy access to Uber. The main bathroom is very small. The 2nd bathroom is a very nice size. One of the bedrooms is also very small.

Great apartment & great location

We had a great visit to Lisbon and enjoyed our stay at the Terrace River View. We were pleased with the quiet neighborhood and nearby grocery stores and restaurants. We would recommend this apartment for visitors to this great city.

Centrally located apartment with great terrace.

We are a family with 3 teenagers. We stayed 5 days in this apartment. The apartment is centrally located, on a hill, with a beautiful view of the river. During our stay, we enjoyed the air conditioning to cool us down from the very hot days we had. Martha, the host, is quite responsive and helped us to have fixed a small issue with the toilet. She also recommended things to do in and around Lisbon. Overall, we were quite pleased with our stay.

Great place to enjoy old town Lisbon . Close to everything, walkable to all attractions, Marta our host was great , friendly, funny and shared with us many things about the neighborhood . Recommended some great restaurants and made us feel like home ! Place was clean , rooms were big and place was just as good as advertised. Thank you Marta and hope to see you soon Would definitely recommend it if you’re visiting Lisbon .

Lovely Quite Neighbour Hood

This property was lovely, located in a quite neighbour hood, was very clean and looked just like the photos. Walking distance to to all sights. We enjoyed both the balcony and shared garden. Our contact Marta was excellent recommended lots of places to see and restaurants to go to and responded to any questions immediately. Unfortunately the a/c was broken and they we’re waiting on parts to have it fixed. We would still rebook if we make it back to Lisbon!

Wonderful!

This is a very comfortable apartment, not large, but smart with the area provided. It has a lovely terrace that you will spend each morning and evening on while admiring the beautiful view. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything you want to see. The check in process was very easy. Thank you so much a sharing this wonderful apartment! We had a lovely stay!

Quiet, clean, and easy to work with

A group of four friends stayed here for a week long birthday celebration. It was clean and spacious and the view of the river was beautiful! The shower in the larger bathroom is quite small, but there was a larger one in the en-suite bathroom. The location is very quiet and outside the touristy areas and the Uber/Bolt rides are very inexpensive, so it was not a problem getting back to the apartment for the night after a day of sightseeing. The check-in and check-out processes were a breeze and Marta and Catarina were very responsive to messages and easy to work with. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Quaint & Private

Beautiful Quit property. We used the Uber or cab systems to move thru the city. The Apartment was beautiful in its own. For Our Senior community the lack of the elevator means climbing the stairs with your belongings. If you plan to use the laundry it is in a community fashion in an outdoor building on the property. Just far enough away from the centre of Lisbon

Very quiet at night and you get the fully authentic feel of living in a Lisbon nieighbourhood. Attitude coffee for a treat in the morning and the 735 bus are on your same block. Within about 10 minutes on the bus you are right near the water at the bottom of the hill of Lisbon. Communication with the property manager was really quick and proactive.

The apartment was lovely, had great view and location. Spacious patio we very much enjoyed the view of the river from while having coffee. Mgt had Very good tips on places nearby to eat, shop, gather items from the grocery. Restaurant on the corner, Tabernário-do-bairro, was amazing! Parking is problematic, but that is city-wide not specfic to the apartment. Uber if at all possible. Washer availability was a blessing as the airline lost our luggage. Unfortunately that ate up most of time in the city, dealing with it. Tip…do not check luggage when flying, BA airlines and Lisbon made airport zero effort in helping recover lost bags, still nothing after 5 days later.
