"The staff were very welcoming and ready to assist. Each room was unique and beautifully furnished. These were cleaned to a very high standard. The food for breakfast was excellent as was the other food available. Nice to have thick pancakes and different options. Also good to see recycling in using reusable glass bottles which were filled every day and could be filled as often as required. Plenty of places close by to eat. "We stayed in the 2 bedroom Praia Maia for 3 nights. We had an amazing time in the villa which had everything we needed. Having breakfast on the large terrace overlooking the sea, hanging in the hammock reading a book, cooling down in our own infinity pool or taking a stroll down to the beach and going in for a snorkel. Couldn't have asked for anything more!"

"The location and the setting was fabulous. Easy walk to beach and eateries. Breakfast was fantastic with lovely homemade bread. The actual rooms were a bit run down and stuffy. Bathrooms could do with a fix up as shower was next to toilet to after showering every time you used toilet you stood on puddles. The outdoor patio was good with good comfy seats. "

"What a beautiful little boutique hotel. The staff was unbelievably accommodating and friendly, even though they didn’t know very much English, we were able to communicate quite well. My only issue was there was a smell coming out of drain in the shower. But I don’t think that had anything to do with the hotels cleanliness just the sewer system in the area. "Prachtig hotel met leuk uitziende cabins, erg goed eten en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Minpunten: 1) Weg vlakbij met veel accelereerde scooters; 2) Veel trapjes, daarmee minder geschikt voor mensen die niet zo goed ter been zijn; 3) We waren er in het regenseizoen, de kamers waren erg klam."
