"Bedding was not clean. Had to change room 3 times."

The room, lobby, breakfast area, and the hallways were clean and smelled amazing. It is in a great location with a short 10 minute drive to the beach. The entire weekend we felt appreciated, safe, and full of joy. Thank you for a fantastic stay. We can’t wait to visit again!"

"From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained the hotel was. The rooms and common areas were spotless, making my stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. One of the best features of this hotel is its central location, making it easy to get to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"We were not given the room we reserved. The room was above the pool and smelled musky. The toilet was clogged in the room upon arrival. We had to unclog ourselves. The bathroom did not close easily due to it getting stuck on the carpet. The bed was not very comfortable at all and sagged in the middle. We will not stay here again"

"Room was clean and the size was great. Staff were personable, helpful and very nice. The breakfast was good. The hotel is away from the beach which made it more quiet, the drive to things to do wasn’t bad, about 25 mins from South Myrtle beach but there is plenty to do around the hotel."

"The room was very clean, breakfast was good. Hotel was very clean overall. A/C works great! TV lots of channels bug, and very clear. We did not like the water pressure in the shower and water was not hot. Parking was good. Our overall stay was great! Would stay again....."

"It was good for the most part check-in was quick and simple. They are in the process of renovating the majority of the complex. They did have a Tiki bar and small menu to choose from. The Pool close to the bar was the better of the two the other pool appeared a little green and was ready for a renovation. The room was good for a 1 bedroom. There were no smoke Detector's in the room. The patio/balcony was small and a tight fit with the 2 chairs and table looked like it came from Walmart/ Lowe’s...

"Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). ...

"If you are on a SUPER tight budget and just needing a place to sleep, this works. It will only work for that reason alone. Be prepared for 0 service at any level. No one is ever at the front desk, you will take your own trash out, you will search high and low for someone to bring you clean towels and toilet paper. The room did smell like it had recently been flooded but cleared out eventually. This is a last resort place."
