We had a problem with our dog who was sick and had some great help from the staff. She helped us find a veterinary and the way to go there. The hotel is very well situated. The room was calm and clean. The breakfast was perfect. Thanks a lot

Overall okish stay with some disappountments.
I paid for breakfast, but my name was never on the list. I was really cold at night with a single bed duvet on a King bed. The bathroom floor had suspicious thick blobs on the floor and wall next to the toilet, which remained, in spite of a "clean". No kettle. Doors slamming. Very expensive Gin, so I had my drinks elsewhere. The TV comes on with the lights. A plus was 100% soundproof from street noise.

Very good location on the central square, any my room on the back was quiet. The layout was very confusing though, and several of the internal signs were wrong., If there was a kettle in the room, this would be 10/10.

Motel One never disappoints. This one is great - great room, lobby area with barista at front desk, right in the heart of the action - huge square with tram stops, shopping and restaurants - amazing! Ar Electronica just down the road...loved the city and the hotel!

Excellent service, beautiful modern interior design, great breakfast buffet, very very quiet with windows that open and light blocking curtains for great night’s sleep. Wonderful location on main square convenient to everything in the midst of lots of old world charm. Rooms a bit small but that’s what you get from an inner city hotel.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr schön, sehr sauber und sehr modern. Einziger Mangel: Die Fenster beim Einbettzimmer münden nur in einen kleinen Lichthof. So gibt es in diesem Zimmer den ganzen Tag kein Tageslicht!

Pest issue?
The hotel has an excellent location, is very new and in very good condition. The only thing I can complain about is cleanliness - our room had clearly some pest infestation (fleas or bed bugs or something similar). Dozens of bites on any exposed skin. Hotel denies that there were any bed bugs, and refused to reimburse the night. So if you're staying here, check your mattress before lying down!

Dea Guest,We had the Company “Rentokil” inspect the room. They did tests and sprayed the room, but they did not find any evidence of Bed bugs in the room. They could not find anything, we alos checked the room adjare to the room, but also with no evidence. We are sorry for the inconvenience that you had after your stay with us.

Bekommen habe ich zwei auseinanderliegende Zimmer auf der Straßenseite, wo alle 5 Minuten die Straßenbahn vorbeidonnert. Ich frage mich, wozu man bei der Buchung nach Wünschen gefragt wird?

Pontos positivos: Limpeza, condições e instalações da propriedade e conforto do quarto
Utmerket, sentralt beliggende hotell. Rent og pent. Resepsjonspersonalet virket ikke så profesjonelt, og engelsken var til dels dårlig/fraværende. Forøvrig et bra sted å overnatte, men ikke et sted å sitte og hygge seg, men det er mulig jeg ikke så alle fasiliteter, da jeg bare var der når jeg sov.
