The small cabin is cute but very very very small.. the photos on the website are very misleading. There weren’t any outdoor chairs to sit by the fire pit and the mosquito net of the front door was broken and falling all the time.. we’ve been promised it will be repaired by the maintenance, but no one came to fix it. The hot water switched to cold in the middle of the shower and the kitchen was well maintained but smelly.. The window rails were very dirty.

Renter Beware!! This is a tiny trailer that turns into a heat box very quickly on a hot day. The A/C provided could not keep up. They installed a second A/C unit, but when you turn it on the power breaker goes. We couldn't get the temperature to be less than 25 degrees in there. The pictures posted are old. The hot water is unstable to non-existent. When we arrived, it was clear the host hadn't cleaned properly. Pillows had stains, half bench cushions were stained, bedding was stuffed in closet, dog hair on floor, dirty/wet dishes, dirty pots, broken lamps over living room bed, fridge and freezer were dirty, no chairs to sit down. Outside furniture was not cared for. They were dirty, rusty, and the seams on the folded chairs were ripping. The furniture was all behind the trailer left out. One of the awnings were removed, so no shade. We booked for 6 days and ended up leaving after one day. At which point the Host ghosted us. When we requested a partial refund, they did not respond. We had to contact Vrbo directly and after several days of waiting, the Host denied any refunds at that point. All this to say this was a horrible experience for my family and a waste of money. ** Only good part was the facility amenities were nice and my boys enjoyed the pool.

Our family of four had a great stay at Cozy Cultus! The decor of the tiny home was lovely and well appointed - just about everything you needed is available. While it's noted that there is not much hot water - please know there is almost none - this was fine since we were staying during the summer, but the property showers were not much warmer, either. The pool and playground were all we needed - didn't have to go into town for the Adventure & Water park - although we did and that's a cool thing to do while you are staying. Oh and there's a fun little arcade in the club house and a cute ice cream shop within walking distance! Would recommend this tiny home to anyone!!

Great little spot.

This was a great, clean little rental with loads of supplies. The only item that I need to note is that you should make sure you check in before the front office closes (10?) We arrived late and a key was left out. The swipe card to open the gate was de-magnetized. The gate only allows one vehicle to enter so the next lady that came in would not let us in but thankfully she knew where to find someone to come down from cleaning the pool to let us in. Had it been any later and the gate person had not been cleaning the pool, we would not have been able to get in. The spare key in the suite was de-magnetized as well. I saw others experiencing the same difficulty. As long as you get in when there’s someone at the gate you’ll be good.

Location

Linden Beach Resort is a great Cultus Lake location. This unit has been beautifully renovated 👍 Cammy was awesome👍

Lovely Vacation Home

We loved our stay at Lindell Beach Holiday Resort. Cammy was a pleasure to communicate with. This property was recently updated. It has lovely new appliances. Has absolutely everything you need! The kids loved the pool! They even have adult pool time from 8-10pm, and no kids are allowed in the pool area. We would love to go back!

This unit was so cozy and full of pretty much everything you could need. You can tell the care that has gone in to making your stay wonderful and we felt it. Cammy was so accommodating we loved our stay at the tiny home. I would absolutely go back here!
