The 80 m² apartment on the second floor is furnished for two people and features a double bed. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for children under three years old. An elevator in the building provides convenient access from the ground floor to the first floor, and free Wi-Fi is included.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a small desk, and a chest of drawers. Triple-glazed windows with electrically operated blinds ensure a restful sleep, while a modern ventilation system automatically maintains a comfortable indoor climate. Adjacent to the bedroom is a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washer/dryer. A walk-in closet is accessible from the hallway.

All rooms feature high-quality parquet or tile flooring. The balcony is perfect for relaxing or enjoying a barbecue with the electric grill. A supermarket, bakery, butcher shop, and numerous restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The historic churches and the market square of Lindau are also just a few steps away; on Wednesdays and Saturdays, the weekly market is an additional attraction.
