"The house is very nice. Great beds and well equipped bathrooms. With four bedrooms, more seating would have been nice. The living room is kind of small though. The kitchen essentials were lacking. Not enough pots, pans, bowls, plates, storage containers, cookie sheets, baking dishes etc. The downstairs couch is not safe to sit on. The legs are mostly broken off and unstable. "This was a beautiful little place, close to Capitol Lake and so conveniently located to UNL and downtown. Very easy to navigate getting downtown to Haymarket within minutes. It was located in a quaint, quiet neighborhood so very relaxing after being out and about through out the day. Very clean and the owner was so kind and responsive. This is definitely a place we will consider when we are in Lincoln again!"
