Chance the Snapper is a chaotic little studio with a big personality and even bigger ocean views. This ground-floor unit sleeps up to four with a king-size adjustable bed and a slide-out couch, making it perfect for spontaneous beach trips, bestie weekends, or low-effort getaways. There's a full kitchen for late-night snack experiments, a fireplace for the vibes, and a tub/shower combo to rinse off the day. The beach is literally across the street, the casino is five minutes away, and downtown shops are within easy walking distance. Pet friendly? Of course. Bring up to two furry sidekicks for a standard fee and let them join the adventure. Plus, it’s stocked with board games because game night chaos is basically a vacation essential. This place doesn’t just check boxes, it flips ‘em — Chance the Snapper is a whole vibe.



2026 Update: The pool is closed indefinitely at Surftides Plaza. We do not have an estimated time of when it will be open again. However, the Lincoln City Community Center is only four minutes away and does offer open swim times on their schedule. Visit their website to learn more.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions.



This is a first-floor condo; a small step up from the parking lot is required to access the condo.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, with a limit of two furry friends.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Surftides Plaza Rentals manages more than 30 privately owned ocean-view condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
