The Space:

Welcome to “Til Depth Do Us Part”.  A beautiful, recently renovated one bedroom condominium at Surftides Plaza Condominiums. This one-bedroom condominium offers a full kitchen, an ocean view balcony, and a large guest room with a king-sized bed.



The full-size kitchen includes an oven with four stove-top burners, a microwave, a full-size refrigerator and a dishwasher. With new countertops and backsplash, this nice and bright kitchen provides the perfect space for romantic dinners or family meals after a day at the beach. Enjoy the game room!



Guests love this unit because the condo is light and bright, with wood-like flooring throughout and a large bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The master bedroom offers a brand new king-sized bed, a dresser and a large closet. This condo is located on the second floor, with a stunning ocean view off the living room balcony. Surftides Plaza Condominium is a short walk to bars, restaurants and attractions that will keep you busy exploring the town during your visit. Cable is provided in the rooms, which gives you an extended set of channels. The television is a Smart TV, so you can log in to your own personal Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime or Hulu. 2026 Update: The pool is closed indefinitely at Surftides Plaza. We do not have an estimated time of when it will be open again. However, the Lincoln City Community Center is only four minutes away and does offer open swim times on their schedule. Visit their website to learn more.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Surftides Plaza Rentals manages more than 25 privately owned ocean-view condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
