Cook delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen (with full sized appliances!) to enjoy while watching the waves from large windows or the balcony. A King bed in the bedroom and a Queen Murphy bed in the living room provide space for 4. Easy nearby beach access or walk nearby to restaurants or local shops. The Space:
Unit 205 is a one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront suite. Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but weā€™re available on-site if you need anything.

What a wonderful condo! We loved sitting on the veranda and watching the action on the beach. We had easy access to the beach, which our dog loved! The condo was very clean and comfortable. We have found our place at the beach!

It has the most beautiful view! The place was very clean. It had everything. The people upfront were so nice and helpful! The heated pool and hot tub were a really nice extra bonus.

Clean, amazing ocean views and access, simple but adequate furnishings and reasonable cost. Only downside was highway noise into the main bedroom and a refrigerator that ran too often (adding some noise). Sleeping in Murphy bed, watching sunset and listening to ocean waves was just what we needed.

We had so much fun watching the beach activities. And the location is great! Our choice for vacation this time was to stay in and just chill. So we grabbed groceries and stayed pretty much at the apartment. Perfect!

We really enjoy the accommodations at D Sands, and I would recommend it to others.I was very put off by the fact that the front desk wouldn't let us in our room 20 minutes early. It was clean and ready to go. They made us wait in our car in the parking lot until 4pm for no reason. They really dropped the ball on that one.

205 was just what we needed. Quiet/Clean/and homey. Hoping we did not disturb other guests as we like to play board games in the evening.The weather was unlike anything I had EVER seen in my 59yrs. How do I share a video???There was no need to contact property management, which is the way we like it. We came, we enjoyed, we left. THANK YOU!!!

Really enjoyed the unit and first time staying in this area of Lincoln City. Only negative thing I can say honestly is that it would have been nice for the Pool/Hot Tub to be open and communication of such, as we were looking forward to some Hot Tub time during raining day. You could tell itā€™s been sitting untouched for quite some time. Suggestion of screen door would be amazing for having door open to enjoy the sound of the waves. The communication and assistance in booking and having to change dates was extremely accommodating. We would have stayed another night if booking had not been after us. Thank you for everything. I booked this one specifically due to the comfy chairs with ottoman to look out window while reading. And that it only had 1 neighbor ;-) we will be back and Iā€™ve already referred to other family members.

Cute little condo, reminds me of an old apartment I used to rent. A little dated but quaint. When I reserved the condo I could have sworn I reserved a ground floor unit, but it still served its purpose. Also we got super lucky on the weather. Will possibly be back. Thanks!

Everything was great. The place was so clean, the staff were super polite, and the room smelt great. Also you are within walking distance to a few awesome restaurants. If we make the trip up again anytime soon we will book here again!!

Perfect for what we needed. We were there for a concert that took place at the Community Center and were able to just walk to and from the venue. Great views of the ocean and beach. The bed was on the hard side, but fine for me. Pillows were great. The pool and hot tub were nice, clean. Hot tub could be warmer. On the not so great side, the place is very noisy, being located on Hwy 101. Traffic noise was a problem. But I brought ear plugs for sleeping and it was fine. Some of the silverware was missing, maybe time to replenish. And the curtains in the living room desperately need cleaning.
