Located about a block from the beach, it also includes private access and a game room. This unit is not pet friendly.



The Space:

Benvenuto to Spaghetti & Beachballs where you have a little taste of Italy right on the beach! This Italian-inspired condo hosts miles of sensational ocean views that can’t be beat. When you add in our central location that is close to shopping and dining as well as our easy beach access, we think it makes Spaghetti & Beachballs a great place to take it all in! 



This bellissimo unit is perfect for a classy coastal getaway. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook up an aromatic meal for the whole family to enjoy. The striking backsplash and matching dining chairs really set this unit apart and gives the kitchen a unique atmosphere. This unit has a private bedroom with a king bed, and an attached master bath with a walk-in shower. There is additional sleeping in the living area by way of a queen-size sleeper sofa as well as a Roku TV. Two Full bathrooms make this the perfect trip with friends or family.  



There’s no better way to say “buon giorno” than getting to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the beauty of a beach sunrise on your very own private balcony. The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is not pet-friendly. No animals or pets of any kind will be brought into non-pet rooms. Violations are subject to $250 fines, to be charged to Tenant's credit card.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Surftides Plaza Rentals manages more than 25 privately owned ocean-view condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
