Enjoy the rolling surf and ocean sounds with the family and friends

Big Ocean views & covered hot tub on a quiet road overlooking the vast Pacific Ocean. Although in town , this home has a very private feel. There are 3 Queen Beds and 4 twin beds. Lower level with big ocean views has fully stocked kitchen and opens to private patio with hot tub, picnic table, porch swing & yard with new firepit. All overlooking the ocean! Living room has huge picture windows, floor to ceiling river rock fireplace, open beams , vaulted ceiling & Big Screen Tv with hardwood floors throughout. Great spot for surf & sand views, sunsets or Whale watching. There is an additional wrap around upper deck . Perfect for lounging on wooden Adirondack chairs while watching the surf roll in. Completely furnished with linens and towels.
Max 10 guests (including day visitors) and 3 parking spots.
Please, No single night gaps during Spring Break, July & August.

Oregon vacation

Definitely an old charm to this place. Did not realize it was two stories from the photos but absolutely beautiful views from both. Itā€™s a short walk down to the beach although we didnā€™t venture because we had plans for the days staying and it was quite chilly as expected. Also a home under construction at the split of the road and as advised the street address Was a bit confusing. Overall we enjoyed the stay!

Great House

Beautiful little house with lots of charm. Gorgeous views and comfy beds. Be careful of the stairs if you have littles, note that the kitchen is on the bottom floor and living room is on the top. A little awkward but nothing you canā€™t deal with for a weekend away. Overall a great little gem on the beach!!

Disappointing

We wanted to like this rental, but were disappointed. We stayed from Sept 2 to the 5th, 2024. First thing we noticed upon opening the door was the musty smell, even the bedding. We opened all the windows and washed the sheets for the beds we used. Washer/dryer are noisy/squeaky. The entire house needs updating. Showers are small, and the water pressure is low. I was looking forward to close/easy beach access. It's a bit of a walk downhill, and back up (I'm 70). There was construction (known by host) which closed the access, requiring we hike up the hill, through a backyard path, and three blocks down. A few hours after we arrived the security hub/Simli Safe located in the living room began an alert every few minutes. The host said she'd send someone, but after an hour and a half of waiting we removed the batteries (bring tools in future). Ugh! Now for the positive; good supply of towels and kitchenware, back patio was nice, and the hot tub was clean. The host sounded nice, but we didn't actually see her. We won't be staying here again.

My Happy Place

The views were amazing. Morning coffee was enjoyed in the comfy living room with an awesome view and also on the patio and wrap around deck throughout the day. House was nicely stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. Home is older but unique. I would suggest that you check the thresh hold strips going into the bathrooms. The screws/nails snagged a few socks. I would remind the cleaners to clean under the cabinets in living room. Several items and dust bunnies were noticed. Over all our family had a wonderful stay.

Great spot for watching the waves

The Porthole is an awesome spot! A little tricky getting in and out of the driveway, but managed ok. With the number of beds, we were able to accommodate the 7 of us comfortably. An upstairs shower would have been nice, but weā€™re able to use the tub for baths and showers downstairs. Kitchen was well stocked and the view from the kitchen table was amazing. We took advantage of the nice weather, had a fire and made sā€™mores. It was a fun filled 4 days!

Great stay at Lincoln City

We really enjoyed our stay here at this house - great ocean view, and we loved the hot tub and fire pit. Taking one star off because the house was not ready until 5:00, and we were not able to check in when we were promised. Also, it was clear that the housekeeper, who was cleaning when we got there, missed some spots - there was a lot of hair left in the sink and the toilet wasnā€™t cleaned in one of the bathrooms. But we understood that there were messy guests before us and knew that it takes a lot of time to clean a big house so it wasnā€™t a big deal at all. Overall I recommend this property and would definitely stay there again!
