Welcome to Pacific Breeze, your home away from home located in Lincoln City! Get ready to be captivated by this gorgeous rental! This incredible oceanfront home has two stories, with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and room for up to sixteen guests! Located on the patio, you'll find a view that would make anyone jealous! Relax in the tub during a cold winter night and watch the sun go down, or gather around the fire pit with your loved ones and enjoy some good old-fashioned s'mores! Step inside and you'll find yourself located in the game room, complete with a foosball table, a pool table, air hockey, and two queen-size sleeper sofas. You'll also find a bar with stools, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV mounted over the fireplace. There is also one bedroom on the main floor, featuring a queen size bed and a full bathroom. Head upstairs, and you'll find yourself in a beautiful living room area with an amazing kitchen, THe home has dual ovens and a gas range. The kitchen has everything you could need (and more) to whip up a delicious holiday meal or just something simple for the night. There is plenty of space to relax in the living room area, complete with a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. You can even catch the sunset from inside through the giant bay windows, or head out onto the deck and watch it with your friends and family. There is seating for your guests in the dining room area and the kitchen bar area. There are also four additional bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, the second bedroom features a king bed, the third bedroom features a queen bed, and the final bedroom offers two twin bunk beds. A full bathroom in the hallway is available for shared use between everyone. There is also a washer and dryer located in this unit for guest use. Come down to Lincoln City for your next great vacation on the Oregon coast!

This home is not pet-friendly so please leave your pets at home, or make other arrangements for them.

Could be a nice place, butā€¦

The property is centrally located and the view is beautiful. It is not easy to access the beach. Anticipate the need to walk many, many stairs to enjoy the local beach. The house was poorly cleaned. The counters and table left our cleaning cloth brown upon first wiping things down. We had to remove mouse droppings from behind the trash bin and under the kitchen sinkā€¦gross. We also had to borrow the neighborā€™s lawnmower to cut the back grass (weeds) that were over a foot tall and intruding on the area to enjoy the fire pit, BBQ, and hot tub. The hot tub had a sharp piece near the jets that severely cut my granddaughterā€™s finger. We found a previous guestā€™s dentures under one of the beds; doesnā€™t provide any more faith in how the spaces were cleaned. The cookware left a lot to be desired. Very unorganized kitchen and the pans were old and warped. The living area furniture is in desperate need of an upgrade. Worn and uncomfortable. The refrigerator was leaking and struggled to keep our food as cold as it should have been. Several lights were missing bulbs or dim. Windows were filthy. I could go on with more concerns, but I think this paints the picture. We had been looking forward to this vacation for months and I was disappointed. The property management team was super communicative until I wrote directly with these concerns and now itā€™s crickets. Not worth the fees being charged for this property and very upset they werenā€™t willing to address these concerns directly.

Gorgeous view and very spacious. Close to town and the beach. Plenty to do at the house. Remotes didn't work for the TVs though.

At ease in pacific breeze

We enjoyed our stay from start to finish. Walked in and were struck by the amazing view. The house was comfortable for our group offering plenty of space. From walks on the beach to hanging out at the fire pit- couldnā€™t have been more at ease!

Pacific Breeze Visit

Overall we thought the property was a good fit for our combined family (seven adults, six children ranging 5-14). We loved the firepit, plenty of room, nice bedrooms, great room upstairs with a well-equipped kitchen, game room down stairs. All that was great. The house could use another bathroom - only three for thirteen guests, but we made it work. A couple minor issues - air hockey table didn't work, pool table needed chalk, and we ended up buying propane for the grill. We've stayed at half a dozen houses in Lincoln City over the years and this was easily one of the best!

Beach house

We were doing a memorial visit to the ocean and this house was perfect for our whole family to stay together. Coming upstairs the first thing you see is the view of the ocean! It was amazing. I doubt I will need a 5 bedroom house again in the near future but if I did I would certainly book this house again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house.

Below expectations

The pictures and descriptions of the property did not match the in person experience. The house was dirty, the hot tub was filthy and needs repair work, the sauna didnā€™t actually get hot, the address shared after booking was for the incorrect house, and there werenā€™t enough blankets for the number of advertised beds. Overall the location and size of the home are the only things that were advertised accurately.

A lot of things did not work properly the barbecue is very dirty and not all the burners worked. One of the chairs was broken would not recline. Over all stay was good just need to spend time with repairing things

Fun for a large group and amazing views

It was fun to have so may friends stay in one place. The views were amazing, and playing cards etc at the table in kitchen was great. LOVED that is has 2 fridges! There were a few down sides, the BBQ was really dirty and tried to catch fire, and there were not enough wine glasses and no serving bowls. I also did not see the key walking up as the correct lock box is behind you when you are standing at the front door.

Perfect Beach Experience

We wanted to bring our girls team to the beach for a team bonding experience following camp. The views were breathtaking and it made it so worth the effort of getting everyone there! Plenty of rooms to stay and the downstairs entertainment room was perfect for casual hanging out! Everyone agreed next time we will have to book the same place but stay longer!

Team Retreat weekend

Nice location and large house to accommodate large groups. Pictures are definitely better than what you get. House could use some upkeep but it didnā€™t stop us from enjoying our weekend there. Had a snafu with check in (unable to check in until 6 pm) but property management rectified the situation and was attentive to our needs.

Great Location, View, Kitchen, Bedrooms, and Sauna

We had 9 people total. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were great! The view and location were fantastic. The sauna worked great as well. I was disappointed that the air hockey table and pool table were in a poor state of repair, and most of the pool sticks were broken (and no chalk). Also, all of the guests complained about how uncomfortable all of the furniture was in the main room with the view. Even with that said, I'd be very likely to stay here again.

Needs attention

Let me start off by saying Gorgeous view! My family and I loved the 2 levels and having the fire pit in the back. Very spacious We all enjoyed sitting out by the fire at night. Several things that made the trip disappointing. 1. Very dirty!!! Wow!! Dishes in cupboards not clean and had to wash everything we used. Floors and countertops disgusting. 2. No garbage bags at all. Luckily I rent a lot of houses to know to bring big black garbage bags. 3. No paper towels. (I even know Better and forgot them at home) had to run up to the store and get some. 4. Only 1 dish towel and no dish rags. Luckily I brought Clorox wipes. We used them to wash dishes. 5. The cookware OMG! Not good at all. Burnt breakfast very disappointing. 6. No washer and dryer available. It mustā€™ve been locked. We searched the whole house and all doors locked. We couldnā€™t wash anything. With having only 1 dish towel for the whole weekend with a big family. Not good!! 7. The windows very dirty and donā€™t open well and screens missing. 8. Carpet very gross. I didnā€™t even want to take my flip flops off. It just made me feel really gross. 9. Hot tub and sauna, every one loved, but no towels. We had to use the towels we used for showers. Ugh!! Just very disappointingā€¦. 10. The garbage cans all 3 of them super full! We had to leave all our garbage sitting next to the can. Very gross!! Looked like we were pigs. Iā€™m not trying to bash the house. It was very nice home. It needs some real love! Furniture pretty run down. So my suggestion go to Costco pick up beach towels, cookware, hand towels, paper towels, garbage bags and dish rags. Make sure the house is clean.. We found pistachios in our roomā€¦ WTH!! I get it, itā€™s a rental why spend good money on things. But if you want returning renters or word of mouth, at least try! If the place had all these things we would for sure come again. But like I said, If you want a house with a view this is the house. But you must bring all these items with you. Iā€™m writing this review to share with others what we went through so very disappointing.

Would book again.

The house was amazing and spacious. There was just a few things I would hope they fix. There wasn't enough blankets and the upstairs fire place didn't work along with the dish washer. But other then that I would totally rent this house again. Thank you

No communication

When we arrived there were no instructions for WiFi or how to unlock the hot tub. We found the WiFi password after finally locating the router. The hot tub was a different story. I emailed through VRBO twice and did not get a response.

Two many things broken

First night fireplace down stairs did not work, called maintenance was told that there should have been a remote, we could not find it, that night the dishwasher started leaking found water all over the floor, the next morning the refrigerator was leaking and had to clean up anther mess, Went to get in the shower and there was no hot water, Called maintenance again he was able to get the hot water going again three hours later due to him having to go get parts, The hot tub was also locked and thought it was opened due to your advertising, This was a very disappointing.
