Spacious Top Floor Oceanfront Suite - Pool and Sauna - Sleeps 4!

Summary:

'Dock Cousteau' is what we call this spacious top floor oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of two queen size beds, has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. This isn't a hotel room, this is a home! The beach access is literally right outside of the oceanside window! If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!



The Space:

Dock Cousteau is a spacious third-floor condo that sleeps four with a most spectacular ocean view.



Updated in June 2014, Sea Gypsy No. 319 features a queen bed in the oceanside suite. It has two full bathrooms and is nearly 658 square feet. Cook your own meals in our kitchenette. Enjoy the privacy of two separate sleeping areas. There is another queen in the master bedroom.



Watch for whales spouts dotting the horizon, or the occasional harbor seal in the shallow waves. The Sea Gypsy's beach access cannot be beat.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 32 steps required to access the unit.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
