Summary:

'Beauty and the Beach' is what we call this stunning oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to 4 people by way of a king-size bed and a sleeper sofa. It has two full bathrooms, an amazing view, and a full kitchen. This isn't a hotel room; this is a home! The beach access is steps away down a short flight of stairs. If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!



The Space:

With stunning views of crashing waves, this condo is an absolute must get. This is Sea Gypsy No. 221, otherwise known as "Beauty and the Beach." Stay here and enjoy miles of expansive, easy-walking on the sand where you can visit mazing tide pools, collect seashells, search for hidden glass floats and more. From this second-floor condo you can enjoy the breathtaking ocean and witness its marvelous sunsets, rain or shine.



The main room, which faces the ocean, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and plenty of seating. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot and other small appliances, along with cookware and utensils. Enjoy the savings and quality of home-cooked meals at a large dining table. This room has a newer TV, with cable, a DVD player and a variety of DVDs.



Down the hall you will find a master bedroom with a king bed, a private bathroom and another television with cable. This unit is very quiet and is a perfect retreat for singles, couples, or families! The oceanside features a pullout bed.



We are located one block off of Highway 101, where the only sound you will hear will be the peaceful ocean right outside of your window. Relax, while watching an unforgettable sunset, disappearing beyond the horizon.



We have a dedicated, secured Wi-fi connection for the use of our condo guests only. You won't have to share bandwidth or worry about security.



You are minutes away from wonderful shops, the Lincoln City Outlets, great dining and Chinook Winds Casino. The D River is located just south of the condo and it's famous. Why? Because it's the shortest river in the world. During the warmer months, you and your children can wade in the ankle-deep river. During the colder months, you can watch salmon migrate up the waters.



When you stay in No. 221 Beauty and the Beach, you have access to the Sea Gypsy's indoor saltwater pool. We also have a sauna and some outdoor propane grills for your use.



Does this unit look familiar to you? Why yes! It was formerly know as the "Sea Rose" before changing ownership and amenities.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.



This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 16 steps required to access the unit.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
