Romantic get away with end unit and extra windows. Listen to ocean waves from the bedroom, living room and kitchen in this top floor unit. Comfortable leather rocking recliners and sofa. Flat Screen TV, Puzzles, WIFI, Cable and Games.

Great ocean and surf views. Dedicated private walkway to the beach. Restaurant next door and others within walking distance including Chinook Casino and 5 additional restaurants. .

Relax in the king sleep number bed adjustable to your taste.

Indoor pool and hot tub. WIFI, Cable & DVD

A private balcony is included to help you enjoy the views and take in the fresh sea air. The master suite is complete with a king bed and a private bath with a tub and shower combination.

The full kitchen has a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven with stovetop, and all the pots, pans, cookware and silverware you need to cook up your favorite romantic, vacation or holiday meal! We do offer ice maker and water dispensers.

A fireplace in the living room completes the ambiance and enhances the other amenities offered as a top floor unit Surftides Plaza.. Guests will have access to a large flat panel TV, a DVD player.

We are located near the Chinook Winds Casino and Golf Resort, local restaurants, art galleries, antique and gift shops, you won't have a problem finding something new to do every day of your vacation.

Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are unfortunately not permitted.

This home is not pet friendly so please leave your pets at home, or make other arrangements for them.

The pool and hot tub are open 7 days a week 10am to 9pm or as posted

Holidays require 3 nights minimum.

No problem accessing the condo. Everthing was clean. Great location. I only wish there would have been more disclosure about how the rennovations of the complex affected view of beach during my latest stay. Otherwise 5 stars.

We loved it!! We had a wonderful experience when we first entered the room. They had turned on soft jazz, music, and it just felt so peaceful. The blinds were all open so we could see the view. Everything was really beautiful and we could find everything that we needed perfectly reasonably.I would definitely stay again. They also warned us ahead of time and gave us the option to have a full refund when there were plans of construction around their building and their particular unit. We decided it was going to be a fine for us, and it didn’t matter at all. My mom said she had the best sleep of her life!

The exterior and interior of the building under construction. Balcony closed off with wood no blinds on the main window facing west, so evening sun directly into the condo. Hot and bright, yikes!This place was not with even half of what I paid for. False advertising on VRBO. The bed was uncomfortable. No soap in the shower.

The property was overall clean, however there were a few let downs. The automatic door locks didn’t work very well. Was very frustrating, as it wouldn’t allow entry and took several minutes for it to finally release the lock and allow entry. The instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear. The host was prompt in getting back to me with my questions. The other let-down was it seems they were in the process of renovating the exterior of the complex. You could tell that there was a lot of water damage. There was a lot of construction noise and tools, lumber and workers in the way. This also made access to the property a problem.

Very cozy and homey stay! The Sleep Number bed was super comfortable, and the full kitchen with stove and dishwasher was a great perk. The view was stunning! A few small issues (non-working fireplace, flickering light, some outlets not working), but overall a great experience.

My boys and I had a good time. Beach was great in the morning, but too windy during the day, luckily for us there was a pool!! I wish we would have known the hot tub was down though. Condo was great, pretty dusty and ground was dirty but there was a lot of construction going on, on the complex so that was most likely why. I was told about the construction before hand which was nice. Really wish we could have used the balcony… it would be nice for the fresh air and the enjoyment. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the area. Definitely worth the trip and made some great memories!

This little condo was great for a weekend away for 2! Clear view of the ocean from the sliding door with a small balcony off the living room and a short easy walk to it! We loved just sitting and listening to the waves. The best part was the view of the ocean, especially in the late afternoon light, the sound of the surf, and proximity to the actual sand and water. There is plenty of cookware if you want to stay in. We were bummed to find the hot tub in the complex empty, but thats on the condo property managers and not the lovely folks renting their place. Easy check in and straightforward communication. Photo taken from the balcony!

This property is as advertised. It is clean and well maintained. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. The view from the balcony is lovely and the beach is clean and not clogged with wood (as some are in Lincoln City). Appreciated the clean and updated pots, dishes and utensils. Stayed three weeks here. Convenient and close to stores, restaurants and the Sunday market.

Great location

Great location, the balcony is the highlight. FYI, it seems like the wifi is spotty in this area, we had some trouble with it, and the cell service (AT&T) in Lincoln City is spotty, as well. However, we had great communication with the owners, they were very responsive!

comfortable place with good view

Very relaxing place with a nice view of the ocean. Comfy bed. But checking in was rather difficult and confusing. And the maid left used towels on the racks in the bathroom. Other than that - a great place.

Completely met out expectations!

The owners were super easy to work with, even though my spouse did not check his email for the balance payment. The condo was very clean and we loved being able to leave the sliding door open to feel the ocean breeze and hear the waves crashing. Also, no need to go out to watch fireworks as we could see many from the balcony. Thank you!!!

Lovely location and beautiful stay

We enjoyed a beautiful stay here! The ocean view and sound of the ocean were perfect for our weekend getaway. The apartment was clean with an easy check-in process. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans/dishes that met our needs. Beach access is a simple walk and hose is available to wash sand. We enjoyed the property pool and hot tub as well. Highly recommend!

Not what we expected

The place was not that clean, when we arrived neither the floor nor the sliding glass door were cleaned. Most concerning was the bed. We took the sheets off as instructed when leaving. The mattress cover was not clean at all, creepy not clean. We will not be back but for future guests, a basic dusting/clean floors and bedding including the mattress cover would be our suggestion. Kitchen was stocked with great cook wear. It was also very difficult to find the actual condo number, Finally got it from owners on check in. A word of advice, reception with phones are not always available, the apt. # could be emailed before arrival.
