This is a 1400 sq ft unit in a duplex. The lower deck of the building includes a shared patio with other unit in the building. This deck includes shared hot tub, propane grill, Solo firepit, outdoor seating and dining. There is also a deck box with beach toys.

Private beach access is for our building and the neighboring building. Gate access key is provided in the unit.

The unit is 3 levels. The top level is the primary suite with a private bathroom and a walk out balcony.

The main floor is an open concept kitchen, dining and living room. A large balcony with outdoor seating is off the dining area. A gas fireplace and smart TV make this the perfect space to relax, enjoy the views or stream your favorite shows.

The daylight basement is where you will find a queen bedroom, a 3rd bedroom with a twin bed, desk, and smart TV. Also on this level is a shared full bathroom and full sized stacked washer/dryer laundry.

Each level has doors that allow the cool ocean breezes to circulate through the unit.

Each TV has a Roku stick to allow you to log into your streaming accounts and enjoy free Roku programming. There is no cable/satellite tv service.

The property is protected by a Ring alarm system including a Ring doorbell. The doorbell records audio and video of the exterior. There are no interior cameras.
