"I arrived in Oslo and I still hadn't heard from the host about how to check in. I finally heard from the host and found out that the host had apparently canceled my booking and tried to reschedule it for the following week. This was not communicated to me previously. It left me stuck without a place to stay that night. I had to book a hotel room last minute. Luckily, vrbo reimbursed me. Not sure if the mistake was on the part of the host or vrbo, but the whole thing rattled me."

"Difícil falar com recepção para solicitar late checkout por exemplo, as fotos mostradas no site são diferentes do apartamento obtido, prédio sujo, não existe arrumação diária e café da manhã fraco. Não voltaremos."

"We were just charged 1200 euros and sent a scathing email from the owner. He accused us that we created a floor stain— a stain that we noticed too. He also stated that the house was messy. We never even cooked there! We know how to leave rentals. FYI, we had to wash the towels because they smelled like vomit. There was also an odor in the bathroom. We didn’t complain. The owner also sends a lot of texts prior to the stay making it feel like a burden. We will fight this absurd charge. We warn...

"We chose this apartment because it said it had a washer and dryer. Unfortunately, only the dryer was working. Given that we arrived late in the day, the prop manager did their best to help us to try to get the machine to work. Lesson learned- don't rely on the appliances. Otherwise, great location and nice courtyard balcony. Only complaint (besides the washer) were the stiff, musty towels- message to owner- please invest in new, better towels."
