"From the start Natalie was amazing to work with. She answered all my questions quickly. She gave us great suggestions on what to do in the area and places to eat. We got to meet Chad, Natalie and Teddy in person and had a lovely visit! The cottage is a 1919 cutie. It is very well decorated with lovely accents in a very peace style. "The cabin was perfect for our multi-generation family vacation. Grandparents loved the deck, teenagers loved the game room, toddlers loved the trucks and books, parents loved that everyone else was happy. Some aspects of the cabin were outdated, but we had everything we needed. If you’re looking forward to enjoying the lake itself, know that it’s a bit of a long, steep walk. The teenagers made the walk several times but it was too much for grandparents and toddlers. The lakefront is accessible...

"Property owner didn’t have prior rental person out of the property when it was time for us to check in! Had to book a different property extremely last minute, on the spot. Fortunately found another property to book at or it could have really left us in a lurch! Not happy and not impressed with property owners and rental process! Still waiting for reimbursement! "

"Location is super, downtown CDA, which is where you want to be, is walkable and house is 4 blocks from the beach. Host is terrific, spoke when checking in and out and gained a lot of insight into the area, accidentally left a personal item and she mailed it to us and wouldn't take reimbursement. "
