"The hotel is very good (modern, large and well-equipped room, a huge pool and a great breakfast). The problem is that it is full of rules and restrictions. I travel a lot and this was the first time I saw a hotel prohibit taking food to the room. The service at the reception was also not very good. The times I had questions about things unrelated to the hotel (such as transportation, tours, etc.) they didn't know how to help me. That was bad. But, overall, the hotel has a great infrastructure."

The room is big and comfortable, showers are great, lovely pool area and the service is also fantastic. The gym is reasonably equipped. Breakfast is okay. Overall we had a very good experience, the only down point was the acquisition of some bug bytes around the pool are"

"Everything was very good, excellent service from the staff, everybody was very kind, accomodating & respectful, all hallways, rooms, restaurants were very neat & clean, we see staff cleaning every morning & during the day. The food is excellent from buffet to ala carte ordering/menu, drinks are all very good. Rooms are clean & we always see staff clean the pool & sweep the floor specially the hallways from the beach entrance. Overall Hennan Crystal Sands is excellent to stay in"
