"This place has so much potential, but sorry to say it falls short- very short! Our biggest problem with this rental was the overall lack of cleanliness and the misrepresentation of the unit. The pictures and the listed description absolutely do not truthfully represent the unit. It looked abandoned. Cobwebs everywhere, the outside cushions were all damp, moldy, and smelly. " Our host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The accommodations would be wonderful for a younger couple. Clean and tasteful. Nice apps on the tv. An upscale near-downtown neighborhood. It didn’t work as well for this 70 couple and their handicapped niece plus little terrier. Getting up and down the steps with all of our stuff was difficult. We would’ve liked a table to eat at other than the coffee table. And there weren’t enough bowls, glasses and utensils for the three of us. Otherwise...

"We love staying at the Oasis at Camel City Lofts whenever we come to Winston Salem because it's clean, has everything we need, Jeff is an Excellent host and the location is fantastic. I can take long morning runs in and around the city on sidewalks, eat delicious ham and cheese biscuits just one mile away at Louis and Honey's Kitchen and be at my son's place within 15 minutes. We highly recommend this clean and comfortable rental!"
