"We loved this very unique property. It was just as described. Beds were comfortable and parking was convenient. Owner was very responsive when we called because of an AC problem on a 90 degree day, and he had it repaired while we were at dinner. Did not impact our stay at all! I highly recommend for a unique get away. Loved the free breakfast/coffee option at a local coffee shop too - that was not expected. "

"I stayed 2 nights and it was a great experience. The unit is exactly like the pictures and the parking was easy on the street right in front of the house. Check in was very easy. Property located in the historic St. Ann's district and very close to University of Dayton and walking distance to Oregon district. Gretchen was very responsive. I would definitely stay again if/when in town."
