"Beautiful and clean room with amazing river view."

"It was a nice place to stay and served our needs for the days we were there. The shower curtain rod was a little weak and the internet was slightly unreliable, but the room was clean, the staff was nice, and there were complimentary cookies and coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby which were appreciated. The breakfast was also very good."

"We arrived and waited at the property for 30 minutes before someone arrived at the window after calling and ringing the bell. The lady proceeeded to take my deposit and give me a key. I walked over to the room and when I opened the door the room was trashed. Beer cans, unmade beds and bloody towels. Just gross. We did not stay, we were told to get our monies back and the deposit would be returned. So on the holiday weekend, in the night had to go find a hotel and am still fighting for mu.mknies...

"Room was very nice with new amenities. We had a Mountain View room which puts you on the freeway side of the building. I was surprised by the amount of traffic noise in the room but it wasn’t bad enough to make me want to leave! The rest of the property was very nice and clean. Signage was a little confusing both coming in and leaving but we made it nevertheless. For the price I thought it was well worth it."

"Overall, this was a nice, clean hotel. It was about what you would expect in this price point. The one area that could’ve been improved was that the pillows and beds were not overly comfortable, as they tended to be too soft/saggy and the televisions were dated. The staff was incredibly nice and very helpful, however. I would return to this hotel if I were in the area again."

"Hotel messed up our reservation (I booked and prepaid two nights) and while we were away the hotel moved our belongings and luggage to their lost and found and booked another party into our room. The hotel thought we had reserved for one night, not two. We were not contacted by the hotel prior to this; and no voicemail was left. "My stay was comfortable the only thing I didn't like was the fact that expedia doesn't let you know about the $60 mandatory cash deposit and also I was woken up from my sleep at 4am by someone's barking dog I called and the front desk handled it."
