My colleague received two rooms with blood-stained beds and she moved hotels. My second room was tolerable in terms of clean bed and clean toilet and shower. The rest? I avoided touching as much as possible and washed my hands frequently. Baseboard was completely peeled off the wall. Light switches and walls had spots all over them. Curtains ripped and tattered.
