"Loved every bit of the stay apart from the room 404 not hanging blackout blinds do at 6am the sun was bursting through the curtains. Bed was comfy though. "

The bed was huge and very comfortable. We had a disabled access which was great.
Only negative. No air conditioning, but we asked for a fan and we were given a large fan on a stand, which was sufficient.
Breakfast was fantastic good quality and freshly made."

"Arrived at 10am, popped in to register car and offered to see if our rooms were ready so had early check in at no cost.
Hotel had a wedding on later in day but did not notice any noise, room was very quiet allowing for a good nights sleep."
"Staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful building and very scenic views. Hotel was kept very clean. Food was delicious. Definately recommend staying here. "

"I was very impressed with the Queen's Head. Nice clean room in a great location in Higher Buxton. Housekeeping promptly every day. First-rate full English breakfast included.
My only complaint is that the room was rather small. There was no space to have an open suitcase, so I had to stuff it in a closet. That was a little inconvenient. Of course, I realize there is nothing they can do about that. It is an old building, and the room size is what it is."

"Excellent hotel near to picadilly station; there is a free bus that takes you downtown near the hotel; breakfast is excellent. It is near pucadilly gardens, where there are many restaurants. Great stay!"
